APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 3922, A DIVISION
OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF OTIS DRIVE
AT WESTLINE DRIVE, FINDING SAID TENTATIVE MAP CON -
SISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING
THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT
VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, California Nevada Methodist Homes, subdividers
herein, have presented to the, Council for approval a Tentative
Map for Tract No. 3922, a subdivision of property located on
the south side of Otis Drive at Westline Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -3122 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 3922, heretofore
accepted and approved by the Planning Board, and subject to the
conditions and based upon the findings contained in the City
Planning Board's report to this Council dated November 15, 1977,
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112
(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds
the Tentative Map for Tract 3922 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines
that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer
system will not violate regional water quality control regula-
tions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of December,
1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
