AMENDING SALARY RESOLUTION NO. 8763 BY CREATING
ONE (1) POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK (CETA) AND
DELETING ONE (1) POSITION OF JUNIOR TYPIST CLERK
(CETA) IN THE PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
Resolution No 8763, adopted July 1, 1977, be amended by creating
one (1) position of Administrative Clerk (CETA) and deleting
one (1) position of Junior Typist Clerk (CETA) in the Personnel
Department as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this Resolution
shall supersede those portions of Resolution No 8763, and of any
other resolution in conflict herewith, and all such conflicting
provisions are to the extent of such conflict only hereby
repealed.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of December,
1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
