AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE PACIFIC
TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY RELATING TO FURNISHING
AND MAINTAINING A DIMENSION ELECTRONIC PBX SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized
to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City,
an agreement with The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company
to furnish and maintain a Dimension Electronic PBX System under
Two-Tier Service Plan for the City of Alameda, said agreement to
be substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in the
Office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, December 20, 1977."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of December,
1977, fy the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen B2Ck5m, Diament, Sherratt, and President Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAINING: Councilman Tillman, (1).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
