AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH SAN FRANCISCO
BAY CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND
HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES CONCERNING PUBLIC ACCESS
TO TRACT 3810
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized to
execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City,
an agreement with the San Francisco Bay Conservation and
Development Commission and Harbor Bay Isle Associates setting
forth certain terms and conditions for the development of public
access to the shoreline of Tract 3810, said agreement to be
substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in the Office
of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, January 3, 1978.'
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of January,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman,
and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of said City this 4th day of January, 1978.
