AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ROYSTON, HANAMOTO, BECK &
ABEY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF HARBOR BAY ISLE PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be and each hereby is authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed landscape architectural services
agreement with Royston, Hanamote, Beck & AbeY, Landscape
Architects, which provides for design development and preparation
of working drawings, specifications and other bid documents
necessary and desirable for the development of Harbor Bay Isle
Park, said agreement to be substantially in the form of that on
file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed,
February 7, 1978.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the
-City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of February,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, and President Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Tillman, (1).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand, and affixed the
official seal of said City this 8th day of February, 1978.
