AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HANSEN, MURAKAMI, ESHIMA FOR DESIGN
OF A COMMUNITY RECREATION BUILDING AT HARBOR BAY
ISLE PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be and each hereby is authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed architectural services agreement
with Hansen, Murakami, Eshima, Architects, which provides for
the design and administration of construction of a Community
Recreation Building at Harbor Bay Isle Park and design studies
of the portion of the building which will become a Library in
the future, said agreement to be substantially in the form of
that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed,
February 7, 1978."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the
-City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of February,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, and President Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Tillman, (1).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of said City this 8th day of February, 1978.
