CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED COOPERATION
AGREEMENT WITH HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE THEREOF
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
a Public Hearing is hereby called and ordered to be held on
April 4, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall, Alameda, California, for hearing all persons interested in
the proposed Cooperation Agreement between the City of Alameda and
the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to cause the publication of notice of said hearing in
the manner prescribed by Section 6066 of the Government Code of
the State of California.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of March,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Tillman, Diament, and President Corica, (3).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Sherratt and B eckam, (2).
