AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH ARTHUR, TERESA,
MICHAEL, MARK AND JOHN MC KEE FOR RESTAURANT/CONCESSION
AT ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, the present Concessionaires of the Alameda
Municipal Golf Course, Fred and Joanna Leitz, wish to assign
their rights and liabilities concerning the concessions; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 29 of the Agreement between the Leitzes
and the City of Alameda provides for assignment of the contract
with written notice to and the consent of City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Alameda Golf Commission, at their Special
Meeting of April 6, 1978, have consented to the assignment of
concessions from Fred and Joanna Leitz to ARTHUR, TERESA, MICHAEL,
MARK and JOHN MC KEE, conditional upon Council's approval; and
WHEREAS, the McKees represent that they are capable and
willing to perform as Concessionaires of tLe Alameda Municipal
Golf Course,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that approval of the assignment of the contract for
the Alameda Municipal Golf Course Concessions is granted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
C< and each hereby is authorized to execute and to attest to

respectively, on behalf of the City, an Amended Agreement with
AR'IHUR1 TERESA MICHAEL, MARK AND JOHN MC KEE for restaurant/
1;-, concessions at the Alameda Golf Course as more fully set out in
said Amended Agreement and to be substantially in the form of
m ,r: that heretofore placed in the Office of the City Clerk and

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of April,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: "Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, and Tillman, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Corica, (1).
