CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8$92
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH CARTER HULL
NISHITA McCULLEY BAXTER ASSOCIATES FOR ARCHITECTURAL
PLANNING AND DESIGN OF BAY FARM ISLAND SHORELINE PARK
WHEREAS, the City desires to contract for certain land-
scape design work to include City and community participation
workshop, preparation of final master plan, detailed designs,
construction documents, specifications and costs estimates for
the improvements to Bay Farm Island Shoreline Park based on
general concept plan previously developed; and
WHEREAS, CARTER HULL NISHITA McCULLEY BAXTER ASSOCIATES
represents itself as being qualified as Landscape Architects and
is willing to do said work and prepare said studies as more
specifically set out in the Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be and each hereby is
authorized to execute and to attest to respectively; on behalf
of the City, an Agreement with CARTER HULL NISHITA McCULLEY
BAXTER ASSOCIATES, Consulting Landscape Architects, which Pro-
vides for planning and design of Bay Farm Island Shoreline Park
as more fully set out in said Agreement and to be substantially
in the form of that heretofore placed in the Office of the City
Clerk and marked, "Filed, April 18, 1978."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of April,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: 'Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, and Tillman, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Corica, (1).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of said City this 19th day of April, 1978.
