REJECTING CLAIM OF DAVID EDWARD ATTANASIO
AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the claim against the City heretofore on February 24, 1978, filed
by David Edward Attanasio, whose address is 1525 Broadway ffl,
Alameda, California 94501, be rejected in its entirety on the
grounds said claim is not a proper charge against the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be
in the following words and that a certified copy of this resolu-
tion be mailed to said claimant's attorney, Stuart S. Williams,
Attorney at Law, 2447 Santa Clara Avenue, Alameda, California
94501:
"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you
presented to the City of Alameda on February 24, 1978,
was rejected on May 2, 1978.
WARNING
Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six
months from the date this notice was personally
delivered or deposited in the mail to file a court
action on this claim. See Government Code Section
945.6.
You may seek the advice of an attorney of your
choice in connection with this matter. If you
desire to consult an attorney, you should do so
immediately."
I-, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd day of May,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES:' Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman,
and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
