AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA FOR ENGINEERING AND OTHER SERVICES
FOR PATTON WAY PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, author-
ized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of
the City, an Agreement with the State of California, acting
by and through its Business and Transportation Agency,
Department of Transportation, which provides for the perform-
ance of an environmental study, preliminary engineering,
acquisition of right of way, and administration of construction
of the Patton Way Project as more fully set out in said Agree-
ment and to be substantially in the form of that heretofore
placed in the Office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed,
May 16, 1978."
I 7 the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was. duly and regularly Introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda In regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of May,
1978, by the following vote, to wit;
