AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITIH
THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY RELATING
TO A CITY SIDEWALK PUBLIC TELEPHONE PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and attest to respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed License Agreement with The Pacific
Telephone and Telegraph Company, which provides for the installa-
tion and maintenance of approximately twelve (12) telephone booths,
to be located within the public right -of -way at various locations
within the City of Alameda, said Agreement to be substantially
in the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and
marked, "Filed, May 16, 1978,"
I ; the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda 1.11 regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of May,
1978, by the followipg vote, to wit;
AYES; Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and President Corica, (4).
NOES;- None,
ABSENT; Councilman Beckam, (1),
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of said City this 17th day of May, 1978.
