AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF "INFORMATION CENTER" SIGNS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be and each hereby is authorized and
directed to execute and attest to respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed License Agreement with Harbor
Bay Isle Associates, which provides for the installation and
maintenance of two "Information Center" signs, to be located on
the west side of Island Drive in the City of Alameda, said
Agreement to be substantially in the form of that on file in the
office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, May 16, 1978."
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular Meeting assembled on the 16th day of May,
1978,1v the following vote, to wit;
AYES; Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and President Corica, (4).
NOES; None,
ABSENT; Councilman Beam, (1),
