APPOINTING COMMISSIONER OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Part 2, Division 24, Health
and Safety Code of California, particularly Sections 34270 and
34272 thereof, GRACE V. DOUGLAS, being a tenant of the Housing
Authority of the City of Alameda and over 62 years of age, is
hereby appointed as a Commissioner of the Housing Authority of
the City of Alameda for a term commencing on May 16, 1978 and
expiring on May 15, 1980, and to serve until her successor is
appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda- in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of June,
1978, by the following vote, to Wit:
AYES: Councilmen DeCkdm` Didment, Sherratt, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
