AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO COOPERATION
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, an amendment to that
certain Cooperation Agreement dated April 4, 1978, between the
City and the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, said
amendment to be substantially in the form of that on file in the
office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed June '6, 1978," and
providing that the annual payment in lieu of taxes shall be
computed on tenant shelter rent collected in place of annual
contract rent charged, in Paragraph 5 of said contract.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda' in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of June,
1978, by the following vote, to Wit:
AYES: Councilmen BeCkam, DiJmeOt, Sherratt, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
