FIXING AMOUNT OF AND - APPROVING BOND OF TREASURER -
EX OFFICIO TAX COLLECTOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
pursuant to Charter Section 3 -7(E), the bond of the following
officer is hereby fixed as to amount, and approved:
Florence B. FIyde, Treasurer -ex officio Tax Collector of
the City of Alameda, in the amount of $50,000.00,
executed by the Hartford Accident and Indemnity
Company, San Francisco, California,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of June,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
