AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF
ALAMEDA PROVIDING FOR TILE COLLECTION OF TAXES UNDER
THE ALAMEDA REAL PROPERTY CONVEYANCE TAX ORDINANCE

the most cost- effective way to implement the City's Real Property
Conveyance Tax Ordinance;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain
agreement referred to above by and between the City of Alameda and
the County of Alameda providing for the collection of taxes under
the Alameda Real Property Conveyance Tax Ordinance. The City
Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of June,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
