RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF F1LA.MEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 2468, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to Subdividers to record same, subject to the conditions
listed in the City Engineer's report to the Planning Board dated
March 21, 1978, with the exception cited for the existing
structure on Lot 2, and subject to the findings in the Planning
Board's report to the Council dated April 19, 1978.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No 2468 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and
Pursuant to, Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste
from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
regional water quality control regulations.
I; the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
city of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of July,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and
PreSident Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
