AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS 1N CONNECTION WITH
PARCEL MAP NO 2468 AND APPROVING FAITIHFUL PERFORMANCE
BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (NORTHWEST CORNER SANTA CTARA
AVENUE AND EIGHTH STREET - JOHN F. AND BILLIE JANE
PRICE, SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11- -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, there has been presented to this Council a Parcel
Map, designated Parcel Map No 2468, and heretofore conditionally
approved by the Planning Board, being a division of property at
the northwest corner of Santa Clara Avenue and Eighth Street, in
the City of Alameda by John Fa and Billie Jane Price; and
