APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE
LIBRARY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter
of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
MARGERYE. FREDERICKS is hereby appointed to the office of
member of the Library Board of the City of Alameda for the
term commencing July 1, 1978 and
expi

and to serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of August
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
