AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT REPROGRAMMING
AMENDMENT TO THE HCDA APPLICATION FOR SECOND AND
THIRD YEAR FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda and the Housing Authority
of the City of Alameda entered into a Cooperation Agreement,
dated April 11, 1978, setting out certain recitals; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Agreement the City applied
for $200,000 in funding through new and amended HCDA applications;
and
WHEREAS, City has held public hearings to reprogram
$86,300 of second and third year HCDA funding,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the public hearings abovemen-
tioned, the City Manager is hereby authorized to file a repro-
gramming amendment application for HCDA funding.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of August
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
