Resolution 08955CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8955 APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 3963, A DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BAY STREET AND BUENA VISTA AVENUE, FINDING SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS WHEREAS, Paul Lum and Arlene Lum, owners and subdividers herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Tentative Map for Tract 3963, a division of Lots 8 through 14, Block H, Map of 144 Lots in the Page Tract, filed February 25, 1874, Book 6 Maps, Page 7 Alameda County Records; located at the northwest corner of Bay Street and Buena Vista Avenue, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda Municipal Code; the Tentative Map for Tract 3963, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board, and subject to the conditions and based upon the findings contained in the City Planning Board's report to this Council dated July 18, 1978, is hereby approved; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112 (f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the Tentative Map for Tract 3963 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regula- tions. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of August 1978, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and President Corica, (5).
