AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATION FOR SENIOR
CITIZENS TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TO
ALAMEDA COUNTY DEPARTMENT ON AGING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the submittal of an application by the City of Alameda
for a Senior Citizens Transportation Assistance Program to the
Alameda County Department on Aging for Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) in federal funds from Title III of the Older
Americans Act of 1965, as amended, for a twelve month period,
is hereby authorized.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of August
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
