ADOPTING BUDGETS FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
APPORTIONED FROM THE HIGHWAY USERS TAX ACCOUNT
IN THE TRANSPORTATION TAX FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, in accordance with applicable provisions of
Sections 2106 and 2107 of the Streets and Highways Code of
California, a project statement and budget has been prepared
showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended
to be made during the 1978 -1979 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budgets,
is familiar with and ' approves the con eents thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that said budgets be and are hereby adopted as the
budgets of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds
during the :1978 --1979 fiscal years

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of August
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
