ALAMEDA FOR COLLECTION OF CITY TAXES ON BONDED
INDEBTEDNESS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF Ti- E CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized
V- to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the
City, an agreement with the County of Alameda for the collection
0..1 of City taxes on bonded indebtedness said agreement to be
substantially in the form of that heretofore placed an the office

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of August
1978, by the following vote, to wit:

President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
