AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY
TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
The City Manager and City Clerk be, and each hereby i , authorized
and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively on behalf
of the City, that certain proposed contract covering the period
from October 1, 1978 through September 30, 1979, with the Alameda
County Training and Employment. Board (ACTEB) for the purpose of
administering the comprehensive manpower program under Title VI
of the 1973 Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA),
said contract to be substantially in the form of that on file in
the office of the City Clerk.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of
September, 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
