APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION INOWN AS TRACT
3963, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN AND
APPROVING BONDS AS TO SUFFICIENCY (PAUL LUM AND
ARLENE LUM, SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the
Alameda Municipal Code, there has heretofore be filed with and
approved by the Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 3963, a division of Lots 8 through 14,
Block H., Map of 144 Lots in the Page Tract, filed February 25,
1874, Book 6 Maps, Page 7 Alameda County Records, located at the
northwest corner of Bay Street and Buena Vista Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Paul Lum and Arlene Lum
presented to the Council for approval a
subdivision known as Tract 3963; and

WHEREAS, said subdivider has entered into an agreement with
the City of Alameda to construct and complete the public improve-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCI
