AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF A BUS STOP SHELTER AT THE INTERSECTION
OF IRONWOOD DRIVE AND MECARTNEY ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and attest to, respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed License Agreement with Harbor
Bay Isle Associates, which provides for the installation and
maintenance of a bus stop shelter to be located within the
public right -of -way on the northwestern portion of the intersection
of Ironwood Drive and Mecartney Road, said agreement to be sub-
stantially in the form of that on file in the office of the City
Clerk and marked, "Filed, October 3, 1978."
I', the undersigned, hereby certify that the 'foregoing Resolution
Was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of October,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
