AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH IRONSIDE &
ASSOCIATES /PLANNING CONSULTANTS IN CONNECTION WITH
PREPARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR
AMENDMENT TO THE NOISE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Ironside & Associates/
Planning Consultants for its services relating to preparation of
an environmental impact report for an arnendment to he Noise
Element of the General Plan of the City of Alameda has been sub- -
mitted to this Council, and the Council is fully informed and
aware of the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said agreement be entered into;
NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain
agreement referred to above by and between Ironside & Associates/
Planning Consultants and the City of Alameda for its services
relating to preparation of an environmental impact report for an
amendment to the Noise Element of the General Plan of the City of
Alameda. The City Clerk is hereby di acted to attest to same.
I', the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
Was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of October,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
