AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
GATES, McDONALD & COMPANY RELATING TO THE SELF- INSURED
WORKERS' COMPENSATION PROGRAM FOR CITY AND BUREAU
OF ELECTRICITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the City Manager and City Clerk be and each hereby is,
authorized to execute and to attest to respectively, on behalf
of the City, a Service Agreement for Workers' Compensation Claims
Administration Services for the City of Alameda and the Bureau of
Electricity with Cates, McDonald &' Company, said agreement to be
substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in the office
of the City Clerk and marked, ''Filed, October 3, 1978."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of*Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of October,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
