AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF TRAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAY PATROL.
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Highway
Patrol requires written training agreements from any agency
participating in their training programs; and

WHEREAS, a resolution of the Alameda City Council is
required for the 1978 -79 and 1980 -81 fiscal years,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to sign such training agreements when required
for the fiscal years 1978-79 and 1980 -81 in the form of that
heretofore placed on file in the office of the City Clerk and
marked," Filed, October 17,'1978." The City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of'Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of October,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
