APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO 2574 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT 2161 CENTRAL AVENUE, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, PERMITTING
RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT
WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (JERRY SCHWABENLAND)
WHEREAS, Jerry Schwabenland subdivider herein, has
presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division
of property located at 2161 Central Avenue, known as Parcel
Map No. 2574;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map 2574, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to Subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions
listed in the City Engineer's report to the Planning Board dated
June 20, 1978, and subject to the findings in the Planning Board's
report to the Council dated October 4, 1978.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda' Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 2574 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water
quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda iDnd`ourned regular meeting assembled on the 14th day of
November, 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
