AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF TWO BUS SHELTERS AT THE INTERSECTION
OF DIKE ROAD AND BRIDGEWAY ROAD AND TWO BUS S.IIELTERS
AT THE INTERSECTION OF PACKET LANDING ROAD AND
BRIDGEWAY ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and attest to respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed License Agreement with Harbor
Bay Isle Associates, which provides for the installation and
maintenance of two bus stop shelters to be located within the
public right -of -way at the northwestern and southeastern corners,
respectively, of the intersection of Dike Road and Bridgeway
Road and the installation and maintenance of two bus stop
shelters to be located within the public right -of -way at the
northwestern and southeastern corners, respectively, of the
intersection of Packet Landing Road and Bridgeway Road, said
agreement to be substantially in the form of that on file in the
office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, November 7, 1978."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 14th day ni
November, 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES:* Councilmen BeCkJm, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and
President Corica', (5). •
