AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITIH HARDING - LAWSON
ASSOCIATES FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR PERIMETER LEACHATE BARRIER AND CLOSURE OF CITY
DISPOSAL SITE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized to
execute and to attest to respectively, on behalf of the City,
an agreement with Harding - Lawson Associates for the preparation
of plans and specifications for the perimeter leachate barrier
and closure of the City of Alameda Class IT -2 solid waste
disposal site.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of November,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
