AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL. OF APPLICATION FOR ELDERLY AND
HANDICAPPED TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND
FILING OF TRANSPORTATION CLAIM TO METROPOLITAN
TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION FOR TDA ARTICLE 4.5 FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the submittal of an application by the City of Alameda for an
Elderly and Handicapped Transportation Assistance Program and
the filing of a Transportation Claim to the Metropolitan
Transportation Comm ssion for TDA Article 4.5 funds in the amount
of $39,808.00 for a six month period is hereby authorized.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of November,
1973, by the following vote, to wit:
