AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO
STANDARD FORM FOR LEASES, ALAMEDA ANGLING ACCESS AREA
BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the
City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City; Amendment Number 1
to that certain Standard Form for Leases, Alameda Angling Access
Area dated January 3, 1958, between the City as Lessor and the
State of California Director of Finance as Lessee, said amendment
to be substantially in the form of that on file in the office of
the City Clerk and marked "Filed December 19, 1978," which extends
the term of said lease to January 3, 2003 and specifies that said
area shall be known as the "Alameda Estuary Public Access."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
Was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of December,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
