NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT; RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE

Plans, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and completion
of the work specified in said Specifications and Provisions be

a.m. on FRIDAY, JANUARY 19, 1979, for furnishing to the City of
all labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary for
the work hereinabove referred to, in accordance with said
Specifications and Provisions,. Bids must be presented' to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover
and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Construction of
City Line Road from Doolittle Drive to a point southerly of
Maitland Drive," or similar designation.
