APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO® 2706 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF MARINER SQUARE DRIVE AND MARINER
SQUARE LOOP, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH
CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (_MARINER COURT ASSOCIATES, A
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP - SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Mariner Court Associates, a limited partnership,
by Steven C. Stiles, President of Kaiser, Saxton & Stiles, Inc.,
General Partner, subdivider herein, has presented to the Council
for approval a Parcel Map for division of property located at
the northwest corner of Mariner Square Drive and Mariner Square
Loop, known as Parcel Map Noe 2706;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11- 319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map Noe 2706, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved'_ and permission
given to Subdivider to record same; subject to all the conditions
and based upon the findings which -apply to Parcel Map No,. 2332
and subject further to the conditions stated in the letter of the
City Engineer to the Planning Board of October 11, 1978 and the
Planning Board's report to the Council dated December 7, 1978
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 (f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 2706 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11 -3112 (h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water
quality control regulations®
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of January,
1979, by the following vote, to wit:
