AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY AND PETER A. EKSTEIN (HOUSING REHABILI-
TATION SPECIALIST)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, that certain Personal
Services Agreement between the City and Peter A. Ekstein (Housing
Rehabilitation Specialist), said agreement to be substantially
in the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk,
marked "Filed February 6, 1979," and providing for an increase
in the monthly compensation for said personal services.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of February, 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman,
and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: NODe,
