Resolution 09046CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9046 APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 2865 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 1402 SHERMAN STREET, ALAMEDA CALIFORNIA, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY''S GENERAL PLAN (EMILY D. SILVA AND ELIZABETH M. WHITE, SUBDIVIDERS) WHEREAS, Emily D. Silva and Elizabeth M. White, subdividers herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for subdivision of Lots 38, 39 & 40; Block 20, Map known as the Homestead of Mary Fitch, filed April 21, 1874, Map Book 19, Page 1, Alameda County Records, located at 1402 Sherman Street and known as Parcel Map No. 2865; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 2865, heretofore accepted and conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to Subdividers to record same, subject to the conditions listed in the City Engineer's report to the Planning Board dated December 27, 1978 and the 'Planning Board's report to the Council dated January 8, 1979. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Secion 11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No 2865 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of February, 1979, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and President Corica, (5).
