ESTABLISHING ELECTION PRECINCTS, DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES
THERE0R AND NAMING OFFICERS OF ELECTION 'FOR EACH PRECINCT
FOR GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY,
MARCH 6, 1979
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article XIX of the Charter of
the City of Alameda and of Resolution No, 9008 heretofore adopted by the Council,
a general municipal election has been called and ordered to be held in the City
of Alameda, State of California, on Tuesday, March 6, I979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda
that the 47 consolidated election precincts within the City of Alameda as the same
were last heretofore defined, designated, fixed and established by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Alameda, State of California, as the consolidated
election precincts within the City of Alameda for holding general state and county
elections, be and the same are hereby fixed and designated and established as the
consolidated election precincts for holding said general municipal election; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the locations of the polling places in and
for said consolidated election precincts and the election officers for the precinct
Boards to conduct said general municipal election in said precincts be and the same
are hereby designated and appointad, respective/y, as follows:
