APPOINTING MEMBER OF
THE PENSION BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 of Ordinance
No, 1079 New Series, es amended by Ordinance No. 1085 New Series,
of the City of Alameda, the election of JACK FINK by the member-
ship of the Police Department is approved, and he is hereby
appointed to the office of trustee of the Pension Board of the
City of Alameda for a term commencing on January 1, 1979 and
expiring December 31, 1981, and to serve until his successor
is appointed and is qualified.
