ORDERING REFUND OF POSSESSORY INTEREST TAXES PAID
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
due to the passage of Assembly Bill 2463 by the State Legislature,
Chapter 576 of the Statutes of 1978, and upon the written
recommendation of the Auditor and ex-officio Assessor and of the
City Attorney, it is hereby ordered the following possessory
interest taxes heretofore levied and collected by cancelled and
the specified amount refunded:
