AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH SAUSAL
CORPORATION FOR REMODELING FIRST FLOOR OF CITY HALL
WHEREAS, Sausal Corporation, a California corporation, has
submitted its written proposal for the remodeling of the First
Floor of City Hall, Alameda, California, in accordance with
Specifications and Plans prepared therefor, No P.W. 3-79-37 and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said agreement be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and City Clerk be, and each
hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with Sausal Corporation, a
California corporation, for the remodeling of the First Floor of
City Hall, subject to approval of funding from appropriate federal agencies.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of March,
1979, by the following vote, to wit:
