APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP_ FOR TRACT 4206, A DIVISION
OF PROPERTY AT 716 CENTRAL AVENUE, FINDING SAID
TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL
PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO
SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY
CONTROL REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, John Anthony, subdivider, for Multiplex Financial
Corporation,' owner, has presented to the Council for approval
Tentative Map for Tract 4206, a division of property at 716 Cent..ral
Avenue in the City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 4206, heretofore
considered by the Planning Board, and subject to the conditions
and based upon findings contained in the March 1, 1979, Memorandum
to the Planning Board from the Planning Staff, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-- 3112(t)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the
Tentative Map for Tract 4206 is consistent with the City's General
Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge
of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not
violate regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of April,
1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and President
Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSTAINING: Councilman Stone, (1).
ABSENT: None.
