AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH MELISSA
PANAGES AND ALAMEDA COUNTY NEIGHBORHOOD ARTS PROGRAM
RELATING TO THE DESIGN, CREATION AND INSTALLATION
OF A BRONZE SCULPTURE IN CITY HALL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized to
execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City,
an agreement with Melissa Panages and the Alameda County Neighbor-
hood Arts Program for the design, creation and installation of
a bronze sculpture in the City Hall.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of April,
I979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, and Tillman, (3).
NOES: Councilman Stone and President Corica, (2).
ABSENT: None.
