Resolution 09106CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 9106
REJECTING CLAIM OF LESLIE MUHLY AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the claim against the City heretofore on June 8, 1979, filed
by Leslie Muhly, whose address is 3020 Windsor Drive, Alameda,
California 94501, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds said
claim is not a proper charge against the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection
be in the following words and that a certified copy of this
resolution be mailed to said claimant's attorney, Robert A. Mouser
Esq., 380 Embarcadero West, Suite 103, Oakland, CA 94607:
"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you
presented to the City of Alameda on June 8, 1979,
was rejected on July 3, 1979,
WARNING
Subject to certain exceptions, you have only
six months from the date this notice was per-
sonally delivered or deposited in the mail to
file a court action on this claim. See
Government Code Section 945.6.
You may seek the advice of an attorney of your
choice in connection with this 'matter. If you
desire to consult an attorney, you should do so
immediately."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City'
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of July, 1979, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
