AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH NELSON A.
STREIB IN CONNECTION WITH FINALIZING PORTIONS OF
THE ENERGY AND HISTORICAL ELEMENTS OF THE GENERAL
PLAN OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Nelson A. Streib, for
his services relating to finalizing portions of the Energy
Element and the Historical Element of the General Plan of the
City of Alameda, has been submitted to this Council and the
Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions
thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda
that said agreement be entered into
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and to attest to respectively, for and
on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain agreement referred
to above by and between Nelson A. Streib and the City of Alameda
for his services relating to finalizing portions of the Energy
Element and the Historical Element of the General Plan of the City
of Alameda.
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting '! assembled on the 3rd day of July, 1979, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES. None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
