AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS WITH JAMES R.
SANDERSON, WILLIAM E. HUBBARD, CHANDRA P. COLLURE
AND RICHARD RUDLOFF FOR PERSONAL SERVICES
(ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING TO THE HARBOR BAY
ISLE PROJECT)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and the City Clerk be and each hereby is authorized
and directed to execute and to attest to respectively, on behalf
of the City, agreements with James R. Sanderson, William E. Hubbard,
Chandra P. Collure and Richard Rudloff by which they will provide
assistance to the City's Engineer Department in the implementation
and processing of plans, calculations, and inspection for the con-
struction of various improvements for subdivisions in the Harbor
Bay Isle Project, and other Engineering services as directed, said
agreements to be substantially in the form of those on file in the
office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, July 17, 1979."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th clay of July, 1979, by
the fQllowin9 vote to wit.
AYES, Councilmen Diamen , Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President
Corica, (5).

ABSENT' None.
