OF PROPERTY AT THE END OF TIDEWAY DRIVE AND BALLENA
BAY, FINDING SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE
CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE
OF WASTE INTO SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL
WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, Hosking Realty, Inc., owner and subdivider
herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Tentative
Map for Tract 4276, a subdivision of Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel
Map 2073, located at the end of Tideway Drive and Ballena Bay;
NOW TEEBEEORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 4276, heretofore
accepted and approved by the Planning Board, subject to the
conditions contained in the City Engineer's report to the Plan-
ning Board dated June 18, 1979 and subject to the conditions and
based upon the findings contained in the City Planning Board's
report to this Council dated July 9, 1979, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the
Tentative Map for Tract 4276 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that
discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system
